Responsibilities
**In charge with managing the learning and professional development of sub contractors and the inhouse team.
**Will be in charge of writing training materials and manuals
**Will be in charge of training and re training staff on the usage of online tools
**Will be in charge of delivering the training remotely or face to face.
**Will be identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers .
**Will be designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs
**Will be considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets
**Will be conducting appraisals
**Will be devising individual learning plans
**Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and online tools
**Will be helping managers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
**Will have a full understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery or e-learning packages.
