Skill(s) / Requirements
* Can speak and write in GERMAN fluently; excellent English communication skills.
* Past call center experience is an advantage
* Must have exceptional computer skills, good organizing and planning skills.
* Someone who is a fast learner; ability to pick up and execute complex instructions
* Ability to multi-task and finish all tasks on time
