[1]In coordinator with the Executive Director, he or she must design and implement all programs based upon the social and emotional needs of the community to be served.
[2] Maintains compliance with any organizational policies and legal regulations.
[3] He/ she meticulously document the activities of the departments.
[4] This individual is responsible for the oversight and implementation care and resources for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of patients and/or clients.
[5] Provides suggestions on enhancing work performances of employees under Social Services Department through training, tools, equipments and etc.
