Job Description
As a Telesales Agent, you will be communicating with people from different regions of the UK, selling SAIC's products on a business-to-business basis (B2B). The position requires someone with confidence, a strong grasp of English, and the savvy to build rapport with company buyers from all over the country. This Sales Person will be closing sales created by the individual and some quotes generated by the Marketing Team. Appointee will also perform pre-sales tasks, such as but not limited to: cold-calling, prospecting, qualifying, and updating of the company's sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Full training on products will be provided by an experienced member of SAIC Ltd.
Responsibilies include (but not limited to):
Lead Generation Campaigns (through Internet-leads)
Prospecting New Clients (Cold Calling)
CRM Management
Telemarketing
Product/service introduction
Sending Quotations
Following-up & Closing Quotes
Base Salary (take-home amount): Php31,500 (dependent on experience)
Commission: *based on total sales of the agent, monitored through your own CRM software (after probation period)
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
Exceptional verbal English language skills
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Telesales/Telemarketing field is required for this position.
Experience on telemarketing campaigns with UK Accounts is a plus
Aggressive, highly motivated and focused
Dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation
Amenable to work on every UK working hours (9am - 5pm GMT)
Candidate must be amenable to working in Antipolo City
Candidate must have strong drive to maintain and exceed quotas
Proficient in CRM - correspondence record keeping
