REQUIREMENTS:
College Level or Graduate of Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related course
Solid 10 years of direct experience in casual/fine dining restaurant operation with five (5) years in management and leadership experience
SKILSS:
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
Thinks out of the box and must possess sound customer service handling (demand, conflict, etc)
Strong problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability; Pro-Active; Results Oriented
Excellent oral and written communication of complex materials
Computer knowledge, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Effective Management skills related to financial reporting, P/L statements, project management, inventory controller, human resources and monthly reporting.
A proven history of delivering strong financial and operational leadership
Dedicated and Passionate in Instilling Proper Product Knowledge and Right Attitude to All Employees
Able to Motivate and Inspire All Store Personnel to enjoy and do their best at work
