RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidate will be responsible for all human resource initiatives and activities for the company. He or she will handle compensation and benefits, and recruitment. He or she shall provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation. He or she shall coordinate with the management the resolutions of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS / BS in Psychology; Behavioral Science or any related course from a reputable university.
At least 3 to 5 years of related work experience in a private or public Requirements firm or organizations.
Has a strong interpersonal skill
Knowledge of national employment and benefit laws
Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
Skills to enhance productivity support the company’s business strategies and provide a satisfying work experience for fellow employees
