• Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary / Elementary Education
• Knowledgeable in designing and implementing lesson plans
• Good knowledge in computer
• At least one year (1) experience in teaching children in an NGO setting
• Well developed oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication: excellent teamwork member, positive towards learning and sharing;
• Commitment to work with deadlines and adjust in emergency cases.
• Excellent judgment and discernment skills, maturity and the ability to maintain strict
confidentiality of children’s records
• Ability to plan, implement, evaluate and modify programs / activities
• Sensitivity to street children issues and commitment to poor and disadvantaged people
