Qualifications Checklist:
- You are a graduate of marketing, advertising, business, communication or any related course.
- You have at least 1 year client servicing work experience in a design, advertising, pr, events or production company
-You have experience in Sales and Marketing
- You have excellent communication skills -- able to speak in fluent english and write effective business correspondences
- You are a planner, very organized, detail oriented, able to manage time and multiple projects, willing to work long hours, positive thinker, problem solver, and you always aim for excellence in everything you do
- You work well with creative people (and they like you too!) Clients see you as smart, effective, efficient and trustworthy
- You have knowledge in the print/web/video design workflows including print pre-pres mandatories, design file formats, web design/development process and terms, video file formats and production process
- Required Skillsets: MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Basic Photoshop, Client Presentations
Job Description:
- Meet with clients to discuss creative requirements and collate needed materials for design projects for print, web and video
- Prepare budgets, submit cost estimates, follow up cost estimate approval, draft invoices and other documents
- Prepare project briefs, timetables, and discuss project requirements with the creative team
- Ensure that all instructions are followed and internal approvals are signed off before submitting work to clients
- Monitor project progress, update clients with project status, ensure that projects are submitted on time and on budget
- Present vcs team's concepts and project plans to clients
- Maintain clients by keeping them happy, satisfied and worry free!
