Responsibilities:
Depending on his/her previous training and/or preschool teaching experience, the Preschool Teachers will undergo a period of on-the-job training and mentorship until such time that they will get designated as Head Teachers/Co Teachers of the classes they will be responsible for. During the training period, the Preschool Teachers will learn not only the routines and standards of lesson planning and teaching, but also the culture of attending to students' needs and parents' concerns, assisting/supporting other teachers in the classroom, monitoring and inventorying school property, managing classroom assistants and children's caregivers, and working collaboratively with co-teachers in planning and implementing school-wide activities.
