SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Jeffrey B. Consul is a Computer Engineering Graduate and has 3 yrs worked experienced. His previous job is also related in IT industry but in different platform, wherein from that experienced he gained new knowledge, develop his skills and learn something new that could be needed for his future career. He is now working with IBM solutions delivery as IT Specialist. His Major role is SAP support for a Germany Bank and he is responsible to facilitate the request fulfillment from the user, also he has a daily task for SAP R3 and BW. Since the project will be transitioned to IBM India, He has been assigned as a Shift Lead role to monitor the project here in Manila. He Ensure the process consistency and transparency across the service desk work stream. He is responsible in providing the shift plan and assign resources to shift. He Provide initial analysis on incidents not yet documented in the knowledge database.
