Visits customers to update and follow up deliveries and new requirements  Encodes through EDPS, new P/O.  Update outstanding P.O. of respective customers.  Coordinates with PPIC for delivery, pull ins and push back schedule.  Confirms delivery schedule for new P/O.  Closely monitors urgent requirements of customers.  Updates customers on the status of orders, daily/weekly.  Prepares monthly forecast per customer.  Coordinates with QC/QA regarding all quality issues and complaints of customers.  In the absence of Sales Executive and Manager, should see to it that the jobs and responsibilities of the subordinates are accomplished.  Directly reports to Sales Manager.
