Aside from the higher pay than usual jobs, working in a call center like Alorica is one of the best experience in my life, there is no discrimination as long as you were able to perform your job well. You will also get your full benefits the HMO is a plus wherein you don't need to pay for your check ups in case that you need to be hospitalize.
