I don't think I'll ever want to work in a networking company again. These people perpetuate the lie of making you rich, well in fact those who are on the top of the pyramid are the ones getting richer and richer. The company is based on greed and they only value their distributors and not their employees. Pros: - They will provide you a decent computer Cons: - Micromanaging - The management doesn't know how to handle their employees - No specific training for career growth
