OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Recruitment Process Outsourcing/ HR Outsourcing – ASTICOM will be responsible in managing the clients recruitment or HR processes.

Project employees - ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Employees will be under ASTICOM but will be deployed to the client.

Outsourcing/Shared Services Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client. ASTICOM will act as a supplier to the client and will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity and others).
