LA IMMACULADA CONCEPCION SCHOOL, formerly known as WONDERLAND SCHOOL in E. Jacinto St. Malinao, Pasig City, was founded and headed by the president of the school board of directors Mrs. Concepcion Brown back in 1972. Presently located at E. Caruncho Ave., Malinao, Pasig City, the school was renamed after the town patroness of Pasig, Our Lady of Immaculate Conception.

As a private non-sectarian school for boys and girls, LICS offers courses in Pre-school, Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Aside from providing quality education, LICS has been known for its effective discipline, thus molding holistic individuals.

In 1977, the pre-school was recognized as a learning institution by then Department of Education, Culture, and Sports (currently renamed the Department of Education). Grade 1 students were admitted in the Elementary Level and the first batch of Grade 6 students graduated in March 1984.

The following school year opened its door to the admission of its first batch of first year high school students. The Secondary Level gradually increased in population coming from public and other private schools. Unfortunately, a fire burned down the school a day before the opening of classes on June 14, 1986. The school administration promptly went about constructing emergency classrooms to accommodate the growing number of students both in elementary and secondary levels.

The devastation it caused did not stop the progress of LICS. Two years after the fire, the first batch of fourth year high school students marched and received their diploma in 1988. It was also in the same year when the construction of the three-storey building for grade school and high school started.
