The Company started operations in 1999 as a single proprietorship. It was converted to a corporation pursuant to the Memorandum Circular issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 11, 2011 requiring non – corporate entities engaged in the business of lending money without quasi – banking functions to convert to a corporation and register with the SEC within a period of one year from the issuance of the Circular. The Company was registered with the SEC On May 28, 2002 and was simultaneously given a secondary license to operate as a financing Company under the Financing Company Act of 1998.

The Company is engaged in the micro - finance business extending loans to small entrepreneurs for additional working capital purposes. It has a client base of around 3,600 borrowers who are doing business mainly in the cities of Quezon and Caloocan. These borrowers are made consist of sari-sari stores, canteen and carinderia operators, market stall vendors and similar marginalized business operation and have been in business for atleast 6 months as required under the Company’s lending policy.
