Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Summary: •We are the Japanese capital company, formally established in 2007. •We import and sell the environment improvement related products such as environmentally friendly and harmful chemical for air, any surfaces and others from Japan. •Our innovative products are highly appreciated by some companies including government related companies. •We are seeking an aggressive, proactive type Business Development manager to lead our business expansion in the Philippines. Responsibilities: •Set up and achieve the sales target. •Manage existing customers and develop new customers. •Develop in collaboration with the Japan head office the strategic plan for the Philippines market. •Provide leadership for creation and execution of Sales, Marketing and Operation. •Create the short and long term strategies and plans for new product offerings and existing product lines in collaboration with Japan head office. •Manage assessment of current products/service offerings against key customer requirements and competitive offerings •Drive achievement of the current period and long term financial goals for the Philippines market. •Foster a team environment in which knowledge and new ideas drive growth. •Develop partnerships with current/new distributors as well as with Japan head office. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: •Professional sales experience. •Fluent in writing and speaking English. •Good PC Skill including Microsoft word, excel and power point and others. Preferred Qualifications: •Good command of Japanese. •Business-to-business sales experience; strong market insight capabilities. •Successful track record in new business development of product/service management. •Strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and well-developed leadership qualities. •High initiative, strong communications and relationship building skills with the ability to understand, influence and lead people of diverse backgrounds and affiliations. Location: Metro Manila Working hours: 8AM to 17PM Holidays: Sunday, Saturday(twice a month), national holidays+ Salary: Base salary (20K/month) + very attractive incentive bonus.
