SYL Hermanos Trade Center, Inc. is a leading consumer goods distribution company in the Visayas area formed in the year 2005. Currently, we are the exclusive distributor of the products of Energizer Philippines, Inc. in the whole Panay and Negros islands, Del Monte Philippines, Inc., CDO - Foodsphere, Inc. and Wyeth Philippines-Nutrition in the entire Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental provinces, Wrigleys Philippines, Inc., Prifood Corporation in whole Panay, Johnson&Johnson Phil. in whole Panay, Japan Tobacco International (Philippines), Inc. in the whole Panay, ACS Manufacturing Corp. We started as the exclusive distributor of Energizer Philippines, Inc. products in Panay Island. In the first quarter of 2010, the distribution coverage of Energizer products in Negros Occidental was awarded to SYL. In the third quarter of 2010, the distribution coverage of Energizer products in Negros Oriental was also awarded to us. Owing to SYL's heritage of employee dedication and team work coupled with a supportive management, we were awarded of the sole distributorship rights of Del Monte Phils, Inc. products to cover distribution to the whole of Negros Island. In the second quarter of 2011 and in the first quarter of 2012, CDO Foodsphere has awarded the distribution rights for Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental Areas, respectively, to SYL. Also, in September 2011, the distribution rights of Wyeth Phils., Inc. products was awarded to SYL. Recently, in April 2012, the distribution rights of ACS Manufacturing Corp. products in Capiz and Aklan provinces was awarded to SYL.
