  • Description



  • 1 Supervise Sales activities of the branch.

    2 Conduct BST seminar for Sales People.

    3 Prepare sales reports.

    4 Conduct periodic visitation and follow-up of the sales people.

    5 Update incentive program at the beginning of the year.

    6 Maintain a system of files for memos/correspondence, park rules/regulations/policies

    pertaining to sales and marketing.

    7 Assist the Branch Manager in conducting meeting with GSA's.

    8 Coordinate and communicate with HO marketing and training staff.

    9 Monitor the update of over-all map daily to determine the sold out and available lots.

    10 Prepare/In-charge during Sales cut-off, Sales Awarding and other activities.

    11 Attend to the needs and request of sales people.

    12 Prepare sales kit and other paraphernalia needed for the seminar.

    13 Check/verify/file SC contracts including SC's I.D. being submitted.

    14 Check the processing and releasing of contracts and CO's.

    15 Perform other tasks as the need arises.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
