Description



  • 1. Oversees policies, procedures and compliance relating to employees for the organization.

    2. Ensures all human resources activities are in compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as implements and oversees programs related to employee benefits and initiatives.

    3. Administers and oversees insurance programs, flexible work arrangement programs, maternity leave. vacation and sick leave benefits and other programs relevant to employee engagement.

    4. Updates and recommends policy changes to ensure credibility and competitiveness of the company; and implements any approved changes.

    5. Ensures that the workplace is accommodating and free of harassment, handles any complaints in accordance with company policy and any relevant laws.

    6. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

    7. Manages the work of a team of human resources personnel, offering guidance, training and discipline as needed.
