  • Job Summary:
    Develop and implement recruitment plans to build a strong workforce. Coordinates with all departments to determine the number of new and for replacement employees. Keeping abreast of recruitment practices through screening, interviewing, testing, assessment and placement of highly qualified talents through the methods of internal or external hiring, job fairs, online sources and advertising.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Facilitates all company hiring, through all means of pooling.
    2. In-charge in the orientation of company Code of Conduct, company goals and objectives, culture and work ethics, and onboarding of newly hired employees.
    3. Recommends employee for evaluation, employee assessment and ensure safekeeping of 201 file.
    4. Monitors employee status, issuance of employment contract, and/or subject for end of employment.
    5. In charge in the basic employee incident report and disciplinary actions.

    Job Skills:
    1. Adept in problem solving analysis and works with initiative to resolve issues in a timely manner.
    2. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and efficiently respond to management directions.
    3. Must possess interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both written and orally so as to converse with employees, colleagues, and executives.
    4. Must be organize and can multi task while ensuring accurate work quality.
    5. Result oriented and eager to accomplish targets and deadlines.

    Job Qualifications:
    1. Degree holder of Human Resources Management
    2. 2-3 years’ experience in HR related works, preferably Recruitment and Selection
    3. Extrovert and has a passion to deal with people.
