  • Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess all least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Human Resource, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.

    • At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees of the said position

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    A. OFFICE MANAGEMENT:

    • Maintain cleanliness of office - work area, manager's area, stockroom, conference room.

    • Make sure all glass windows are cleaned.

    • Check damaged furniture, fixtures, equipment, etc.

    • Check availability of office supplies.

    • Maintain stock of drinking water/drinks for employees and guests.

    • Organize files and stockroom.

    • Make sure policies are being followed by employees at all times.

    • Maintain inventory of office supplies, demo units, gift items and stocks.

    • Maintain petty cash.

    • Coordination with ASEANA and maintenance.

    B. LOGISTICS:

    • Coordinate delivery and pick-up schedule to Logistics Team

    • Prepare manpower and documents

    • Look for Transportation vehicle.

    C. HIRING AND RECRUITMENT:

    • Prepare work space/office assignment.

    • Screen/interview applicants.

    • Perform employee orientation and discuss Company Handbook.

    D. SYSTEMS:

    • Prepare new hire's computer with e-mail, Net ID and internet account privileges, and software applications.

    • Schedule training with department administrators and staff on department systems, if applicable.

    • Send an informal announcement/e-mail to your department announcing the new hire and his/her background.

    • Prepare the first day and first week agenda for new hire.

    • Review calendar to schedule appropriate meeting times during the new hire's first month.

    • Performs other job duties as assigned.

    E. EMPLOYEE RELATION/BENEFIT:

    • Maintain a file of all forms needed by employees.

    • Update employee’s record to database.

    • Keep safe 201 employee files.

    • Handle employee benefit: quarterly rice subsidy, HMO, employee accountability
