• Primary Responsibilities:

    - Ensure contact details of the hotel partners are up to date

    - Unsubscribe accounts that are not part of the monthly targets set by Immediate Supervisor

    - Be point person for undertaking any coaching intervention that is only possible (or best done) locally via the most effective channel (face-face and/or phone and/or chat and/or email... whatever it takes to get to $10K/50%

    - Any and all requests/support needed from Headquarters to be channeled via the Headquarters Coach

    - Participate in setting of quarterly gross profit target

    - Achieve and sustain Hotelier Extranet “proficiency,” the key tool used to increase direct bookings online and therefore gross profit; we speak publicly about the value of rate parity; more subtly about the benefit of loading “better value” (comparing direct vs. indirect (and, if relevant, comparing against the hotel competitive set)) rate plans on the hotel website and Online Travel Agencies extranets that result in highest gross profit

    - Find ways to make it simple for the hotel to load a rate-plan strategy to the channel extranets (directly or via Channel Management System), including pre-loading subject to written approval from hotelier

    - Participate in coaching webinars, facilitated by the Chief Executive Officer

    - Provide structured feedback to Gross Profit Quality Manager (identifiably backed, where possible) for product improvement priorities that will most help to meet the portfolio(s)’ gross profit growth target(s)

    - Take guidance on coaching priorities from Gross Profit Quality Manager on a frequent basis; whether it be for an existing (i.e. active) hotel or a prospective hotel (note: there is no longer a division of labor between selling/subscribing locally and service delivery from Manila; there is only coaching, done by a full-time local coach paired with an Headquarters-based coach,; together, "the coaching team"

    - Use only the tools and materials provided by the Gross Profit Quality Manager; if need something that does not exist, request from Gross Profit Quality Manager

    - For any coaching intervention that does not achieve the desired result, escalate to Gross Profit Quality Manager

    - Comply with all DirectWithHotels brand attributes, values, policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
