  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidate possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain, Others or equivalent preferably.

    • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain field.

    • Required Skill(s): 1. Collaboration and Negotiation 2. Analytical and Problem-solving 3. Importation and Exportation 4. Warehousing 5. Dealing with customers and vendors.

    • Must be familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments to PEZA and Non-PEZA areas.

    • Preferably, 1-2 year(s) of customer services working experience on operating ERP system or dealing with customers and vendors.

    • Ability to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of self initiative with pro-active attitude.

    • Good command of English.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure import & export process and customs rules and regulations in Philippines are properly carried-out.

    • Preparing documents and processing of customs accreditation renewal process.

    • Computation of customs duties and taxes and pre-screening of customs documents.

    • Monitoring of customs processing, filing, payment and releasing.

    • Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import issues and queries associated with all shipments.

    • Monitors incoming shipment status and prepares weekly, monthly report on the status of shipments and deliveries.

    • Assist on freight optimization and recommend process improvement to minimize unnecessary costs and other cost saving activities related to transportation and warehousing.

    • Perform Customer Services function on sales support and order management when it is required.
