    In this capacity, you will be responsible in providing back office support to the Professional Tool’s supply chain composed of contractors, distributors, builders, end users, etc. The Order Entry Representative needs to ensure that all Professional Tools North America Distributors’ Purchase Orders are entered within the target time and with great accuracy. Here, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your customer service skills and build strong relationships with our customers in every interaction and make it easy for them to do business with us.

    1. Enters Purchase Orders received from various Distributors in a timely manner;

    2. Provides other back office support initiatives such as order status and tracking.

    3. Collaborates with RIDGID Customer Service team and answers inquiries about a purchase order, if needed;

    4. Ensures that required information pertaining to a purchase order and other correspondence are logged into central information system for reporting purposes;

    5. Escalates out of his boundary issues to team lead/POC escalation teams; Provides accurate solution in a timely manner

    6. Makes outbound calls for verifying purchase order concerns with customers as necessary;

    7. Attends scheduled product training and pass the assessment every end of fiscal year;

    8. Works with team and process improvement initiatives and value-added projects as identified by the POC and or the lead;


    • Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course

    • Experience in data entry and customer service back office functions

    • Data entry experience and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures relating to order entry

    • Excellent computer skills: understands the internet, utilize web-based sites and comfortable in using a variety of non-MS Office Computer Applications

    • Practical knowledge on Oracle e-business suite

You are interpersonal savvy and able to collaborate and effectively work with people across any level.
