  • Job Description:

    Responsible for processing and monitoring RMA requests up to a pre-defined limit.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Processes or rejects return for credit requests

    Reviews validity of each return request if it meets business returns policies

    Determines responsibility code of each return request

    Interacts with internal and external customers not limited to: customer care team, quality team, sales

    managers, sales reps and customers when reviewing return requests

    Reviews sales history, journal billing activity and other information to ensure correct level of credit

    Routes all return requests over RMA Specialist’s authority level to the correct authority levels

    Handles team mailbox to do initial assessment on type of return and assign to appropriate specialist/s or

    department

    Requires monitoring and reporting tasks

    Job Requirements:

    College Graduate

    MS Office Experience

    Experience with Data Entry/ Returns/ Customer Service

    Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills

    Accuracy and Attention to Details

    Understanding of Math to Apply Complex Pricing on RMAs

    Oracle Experience a Plus
