  • Primarily responsible for New Customer Acquisition and After Sales Servicing; Provides personalized Customer Service of the highest level; Handles Payment Management; Administrative Function.


    Supports and executes SKYZone initiatives and programs that are necessary in the achievement of Individual and Branch Sales Revenue Targets and After Sales Key Objectives

    SME of all products, services, systems and processes of Skyzone

    Assist walk in customers and handles general inquiry, billing and other after-sales postpaid related concerns

    Handle and resolve customer complaints

    Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company

    Provide customers with product and service information

    Identify and escalate priority issues

    Prepares and timely submits Business Center Reports as part of daily operational requirement

    Frontline Sales, flyering within and outside mall as required, manning for Mall Events and, Premise Selling/Inorganic (2km Radius)

    Payments Handling: Check & Credit Card Payment Acceptance, Settlement and preparation of Collection Report
