Description



  • Responsible for all types of calls, bookings, inquiries, complaints from customers and providing on time and regular feedback on the status of shipments. Is responsible in updating the shipment status from booking to POD transmittal to billing. Responsible in ensuring work during her/his shift is carried out in a most secured and responsible manner

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
