  • The Role
    You will be attending to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. You will supply information regarding to the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

    You will:
     Screen, answer and direct phone calls
     Take and Relay Messages
     Happily greet persons entering organization and direct them appropriately
     Deal with queries from the public and customers
     Ensure knowledge of staff movements and monitor visitor access
     General administrative and clerical support
     Schedule appointments and maintain appointment diaries
     Monitor and maintain office equipment
     Tidy and maintain reception and board room areas
     Pick up supplies when required
     Arranging building maintenance

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
