  • Tasks and Responsibilities:
    1. Providing administration support to the project team and operations group
    2. Processing and submitting of time sheets for field crews
    3. Maintenance and data entry of various registers
    4. Assisting in the preparation of management reports
    5. General office administration including reception, answering telephones, filing, mail and arranging couriers

    1. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or related industry
    2. The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
    3. Highly organized with strong planning skills
    4. A friendly and professional approach
    5. Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
    6. High attention to detail
    7. A proactive work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
    8. Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
