  • Responsibilities:
    • Processing of permits and licenses from government agencies.
    • Responsible for the immediate processing of documents, such as but not limited to:
     Different types of Philippine Visas (Bureau of Immigration)
     Business Permit Registration
     SEC Registration
     PEZA
     DOLE
     POEA
     City Government
    • Act as the Company’s Representative to ensure effective communication and coordination between various government agencies, private entities, and other offices.
    • Comply with policies and procedures enforced by various government agencies, the courts, and other offices in connection with the submission and processing of documents and any updates thereon.
    • Ensure good corporate relations with different organizations and efficient transmission of information to all the business units of the company.
    • Monitor and update the Company on the status of any applications for visas, permits, licenses, and clearances.

    Qualifications:
    1. A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
    2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    3. Must be familiar with Philippine business registration and visa processing rules and regulations
    4. With good relations in different government agencies
    5. With FDA, PCAB, BOC experience is a plus
    6. Strong communication skills
    7. Can start ASAP
