  • Primary Responsibility:
    Recruit and interview potential applicants based on manpower needs. Organize and manage employee onboarding and training programs. Provides information to employees regarding their concern.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Perform job matching of available job orders to existing manpower inventory.
    • Implement recruitment strategies and monitor manpower inventory.
    • Outsource potential applicants from various identified sources.
    • Accommodate phoned-in inquiries of job seekers.
    • Interview, review, and assess job applicants to determined suitability to available job openings.
    • Make sure that the applicants have clean bill of health and truly qualified for the position before lining-up for the employer’s interview.
    • Recommend solutions to improve and resolve identified recruitment and manpower mobilization problems.
    • Maintain an active ad organized databank of applicants for various positions/categories.
    • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques are adhered to.
    • Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

    Job Qualification:
    • Must be a College graduate of any 4-year course
    • At least 5 years solid experience working in an Overseas Manpower Agency.
    • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • With good communication skills and can deal with different people at different levels.
    • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Can work effectively under pressure.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
