    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    -1-2 years of office administration experience preferred

    -Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and Gmail

    -Understanding of basic accounting and tax terms would be helpful but not essential

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    General office administration

    Following up return of client queries and further information required

    Scheduling work for accountants

    Tracking accountants workflow and due dates

    Tracking staff KPI’s

    Onboarding new staff members

    Participate in external and internal training as required

    Organizing staff events and birthdays

    Adhoc bookkeeping tasks
