• We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating the HR database, processing employees’ requests and some other Adhoc tasks.

    Our HR Administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

    -1-2 years of work experience as an HR administrative assistant

    -Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and Gmail

    -Knowledge of accounting and tax terms

    -Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing platforms

    -Familiarity with labor laws

    -Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

    -Experience with recruitment marketing

    -Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant field


    -Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

    -Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)

    -Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves

    -Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

    -Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes

    -Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process

    -Participate in recruitment efforts

    -Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities

    -Participate in external and internal training as required

    -Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications

    -Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

    -Assist as needed with employee engagement activities

    -Tracking accountants workflow and due dates

    -Tracking staff KPI’s

    -Adhoc bookkeeping tasks
