  • l. Position Objective:

    .

    1.Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures but not limited to Recruitment & Placement

    2.To plan and manage the organization’s employee recruitment, screening, selection and placement activities



    ll. Key Result Areas/Job Responsibilities:

    3.Process all Personnel Requisition form / Manning (direct / agency hired) requirements of every Departments.

    4.Supervising the entire recruitment process, including the directing, coordinating and attracting of qualified employees to the organization

    4.1 Sources out applicants for vacancies that are mandated to be filled up by management



    4.2 Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

    4.3 Conducts interviews and other tests (if applicable and if approved by management) to further assess the applicant’s suitability to the position

    4.4 Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions /Executive search (or key jobs in the organization)

    4.5 Coordinates with the requesting department regarding the deliberation of shortlisted applicants for in depth interview with the department heads and final interview with the HR Manager or upper Management as needed.

    4.6 Facilitates the approval of the job offer that will be discussed to the qualified candidate

    4.7 Discusses the job offer and pre-employment requirements with the qualified applicant

    4.8 Delegates the preparation of orientation kits and forms to the Recruitment Officer (RA/RO)

    4.9 Do the preparation of contracts and entitlements of employment and sign off. Liaise with the successful candidate as required until the start date.

    4.10 Informs the requesting department, Human Resources Manager (HRM) and the Director of Human Resources (DOHR) regarding the incoming employees

    4.11 Ensures that room assignments are well coordinated prior to deployment

    4.12 Ensure immersion program for incoming managerial, Director and Executive employee from different departments

    5.Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics

    6.Supervise and coordinates with manpower agency to ensure that recruiting targets are met on the manning requirements of different departments.

    7.Do preparation of contracts of manpower agency.

    8.Proven ability in working within the recruitment process in a pro-active HRD including short listing, interviewing and offers of employment.

    9.Effective cost saving recruitment strategies

    10.Join job fairs for and make job advertisements for sourcing out of applicants.

    11.Updates company website thru MIS on job openings.
