  • Bachelor’s Degree of any Business Course preferably Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate

    Minimum one (1) year experience as Front Desk employee

    Proactive thinker; problem-solver

    Independent operation yet team oriented

    Superior Customer Skills

    To work in a rotating basis in all Front Office line of services adhering policies and procedures set forth by the management.

    Performs Individual, Groups and Online Reservations

    Follow up and follow through tentative and non-guaranteed reservations

    Review and ensure accurate billing and other arrangements

    Raises and follow up rate disparities and room discrepancies

    Performs guest’s check-in and check-out process according to the established standard operating procedures.

    Implementation of Cancellations & No Show Policies and procedures

    Respond to inquiries, requests, complaints and other guest concerns in courteous and timely manner

    Monitor and raises excessive out of order and out of service rooms

    Prepares and review next day/future guest arrivals, raise and resolves discrepancies ahead of time

    Maintains sufficient office supplies and ensure proper usage of all company equipment is adhered

  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Windows, Adaptation to change, Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Emotions management, Customer Support
