  • Branch Operations Staff

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications

    • Good oral and written communication

    • Results driven and customer focused

    Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for assisting the Treasury Head in various aspects of branch management to ensure efficient and effective branch operations in fund handling, performing customer service duties and the strict compliance of the branch staff of the company’s standards pocedures and policies.

    2. To conduct regular branch visitation at least once 1 year.

    3. To prepare report based on the findings noted during the branch visitation and make appropriate corrections or recommendation for the enhancement and improvement of the branch operations.

    4. Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
