    • Process foreign payables; Check the uploaded shipment in the system which includes part #, price and quantity (Receiving Report Vs. the packing list)

    • Monitors shipment claims; Ensure that all claims are settled

    • Conduct costing spare parts importation and Posting in Peachtree

    • Invoicing of Internal Issuance; Ensure that all issued parts internally are properly invoiced

    • Filing of Claim Reports

    • Update prices of new parts shipment arrived (USD, ISC Cost, SRP and DNP) in the AMS

    • Daily attendance monitoring of parts personnel

    • Preparation of Operations Reports

    • Prepare Warranty Account Statement

    • Local Outsourcing

    • Request for Payment Local Suppliers

    • Posting of Internal Purchase Orders

    • Monitoring of Office Supplies and Monitoring of Overtime and Leave of Parts Personnel

    • Preparation of Credit Memo and Summary

    • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time


    -Graduate of any 4 year course

    -With at least 1-2 years experience in Purchasing and Administrative

    - Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

    -Customer Service Oriented; Accounting

    -Attention to detail; Can work with minimal supervision; Team Player; Can follow instructions accurately

    -Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
