  • Description

  • 1. Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.

    2. Follow recipes, and cooking procedures.

    3. Fry, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.

    4. Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.

    5. Occasionally serve food.

    6. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes

    7. Handle storage and safekeeping ingredients and food

    8. Handles inventories of ingredients.

    9. Observe and maintain kitchen staff and food safety at all times.

    10. Preferably with knowledge in cooking Filipino/Ilocano dishes.
