    Responsible for the processing of all the documents needed for PhilHealth claims.

    1. Entertains queries and concerns regarding PhilHealth membership and benefit packages.
    2. Evaluate and receive patient’s requirements.
    3. Deducts patient bill based on the complete final diagnosis of the patient.
    4. Assist phone calls regarding PhilHealth transactions.
    5. Handles Out-Patient and Hemodialysis Claims.
    6. Update list of PhilHealth patients.
    7. Provide the necessary documents in completion of every claim.
    8. Provides the photocopy of In-Patient chart (ortech/anesth record) and other attachment of PhilHealth claims.
    9. Update accreditation of doctors.
    10. Reports discharged PhilHealth Patients to Admitting Section for their census.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
