  • FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone and in person
    2. Conducts investigation and refer problems to proper Hospital official.
    3. Handles customer complaints or any crises such as security issues.
    4. Keeps accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers.
    5. Writes reports analyzing the customer service that the hospital provides and submits the same to the Hospital Administrator.
    6. Develops feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use subject to the approval of the Hospital Administrator.
    7. Maintain regular consistent, professional and courteous manner.
    8. Monitors adherence to Quality plan by conducting analysis; internal auditing; identify critical and preventive measures; monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures.
    9. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions and audit results.
    10. Validates quality process are followed, by internal audits; reviewing documented evidence; determining operational performance; and, writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
    11. Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
