  • Job Description:

    • Conduct initial screening to determine if the applicant is a fit depending on job requirements.

    • Facilitate interviews with potential candidates.

    • Will serve as a point person in communicating with candidates and informing them of the result of their interviews.

    • Source and screen potential applicants’ resume and schedule them for an interview if qualified.

    • Coordinate with the Management for hiring needs.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Must have a degree in BS Psychology, BSBA-HRDM, or any related courses.

    • Must have good oral and written English communication skills.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

    • Can adapt to changes.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
