  • QUALIFICATION

    • With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Accountancy, Economics /Management Engineering or any business related courses.

    • At least three (2) years of working experience in related field.

    • With knowledge in all facet of HR

    • With good communication skills (both written and oral).

    • Should be cooperative and supportive.

    • Multi-tasking;

    • Problem-solving skills and Project management ability;

    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;

    • Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks;

    • Excellent in oral and written communication skills;

    • Attention to details;

    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;

    • Willing to work extended hours.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • This position is responsible for the effective management of employee relation and compensation and benefits by conceptualizing , designing, planning and implementing employee relation, retention, pay and motivation programs and system to ensure the maintenance of highly motivated , productive and disciplined workforce committed to achieving the company’s productivity, profitability and growth objectives.

    • Decides on relevant people management concern and needs on his department (hiring, pay discipline and etc.), in consultation with his superior.

    • Decides on administrative concerns of the assigned functions.

    • Ensure the effective planning and implementation of staff communications programs to support reinforcement of company values and culture.

    • Provides counselling particularly concerning employee discipline and ensures disciplines internalized and positive work attitude is enhanced.

    • Prepares departmental budget and monitors departmental expenses within approved budget.

    • Must have people handling and management experience.
