  • Innovature Consulting is looking for game support specialists who possess good communication skills, have a deep experience in providing customer satisfaction and good resolution skills.
    Your key responsibility will be to communicate with customers who have issues or feedback and rely on personal skills and internal guidelines to successfully address any concerns.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Provide timely and quality assured support to customers daily on email and chat tools
    - Provide smooth problem solving for any customer related issues
    - Document all issues and corresponding solutions on internal tools
    - Follow up with customers on outstanding issues and provide proper resolution
    - Escalate technical issues to internal stakeholders in a timely manner

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
    - Bachelor degree in relevant fields
    - Having 2-3 years experiences in customer service and gaming industry
    - Fluent in English both verbal and written
    - Shift work may be required
    - Possess strong communication skills
    - Able to multitask with strong problem-solving skills
    - Fluent with different genres of Esports

  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
