  • HR and Office Responsibilities:
    - Support recruitment including post job, search CV, screen CV, send Pre-interview questions, schedule interviews with candidates, join to interview, etc…
    - Make weekly attendance checking report;
    - Prepare the company’s internal team building programs, input employees’ database in the
    Systems, collect and file employees’ documents, etc…
    - Help manage the hygiene of the company and be a collaborative connection between HR
    and other department;
    - Ensure compliance of HR processes with Corporate cycle and policies, and responsible for
    the quality of all HR related activities including talent acquisition and on-boarding, performance review, compensation and incentive reviews, training and development initiatives.
    - Be alert on local regulatory requirements and inform Corporate HR in case of discrepancy
    between Corporate policy and local requirements, and recommend actions required.
    - Maintain a high level of employee engagement and employee values proposition.
    - Resolve industrial and labor relation issues between employee, company, and government
    labor department.
    - Continuously review to ensure the compensation & benefit scheme in the company remains
    competitive and follow the corporate guidelines.
    - Prepare Manpower Plan based on company requirement and review the progress regularly to ensure it is on track.
    - Payroll Preparation
    - Trainings/Orientation Coordination and Performance Evaluation Management
    General Admin tasks:
    - Take care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, equipment fixing, fixed asset control/ inventory, office cleaning and inspection, office fit out and renovation.
    - Liaise with the company accountant to manage service providers and related expenses and being in charge of monitoring, filing and managing all company documents and data (Leave Allocation, Monthly Cash, New of Months, Parking list, weekly Attendance checking report), collecting VAT invoice and making petty cash payment
    - Consolidating leave for employee and updating file HR Information
    - Provide general administrative support and co-operate with other sections of the company
    - Preparing monthly social events such as sending birthday E-card via email and preparing gift for employees
    Recruitment tasks:
    - Search for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria by using networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, recruiting firms, internal referrals and build up a talent or candidate pool to meet hiring needs as requirement and in accordance with recruitment plan;
    - Job Descriptions Preparation
    - Placement or On-boarding Process Management
    - Participate in job fairs (if any) and contact colleges, universities for job opening;
    - Arrange for interviews and prepare as well maintain employment records;
    - Response and follow up with candidates after interviews;
    - Conduct reference checks about applicants;

    • Other tasks will be assigned by HR Manager and Board of Director.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
