  • Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    · Manages a filing system of employee records and other relevant information which may be needed by the business unit.

    · Responds to inquiries from employees.

    · Prepares correspondence or internal memo and Responsible in writing of memos and communicating to the concerned personnel.

    · Facilitates in requesting for administrative supplies and admin related requests.

    · Facilitates in the monitoring of the petty cash fund.

    · Spearheads the organization and the conduct company sponsored activities

    · Supervises the enforcement of all policies and procedures as embodied in Employees Manual of Policies and all agreements made during management meetings.

    · Responsible for the implementation of company policies and regulations as embodied in the Employees Manual of Policies

    to all employees and the enforcement and imposition of disciplinary actions as prescribed.

    · Work alongside with Human Resources in Recruitment for positions that require to be filled in your respective Business Units, draft job description in cooperation with the respective Department Heads, prepare and process the PRF.

    · Facilitates the hiring of personnel required by Business Units.

    · Facilitates in the conduct of orientation to newly hired employees and ensures that the needed requirements are complied properly.

    · Updates the 201 file, production team and team matrix database for resigned employees and those in AWOL.

    · Updates other admin related relevant files and prints/provides the information requested by the staff.

    · Participates in the development, implementation and coordination of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programs and activities.

    · Suggests programs according to Mandate of the Department and the company as a whole.

    · Prepare Business Units Process Flow

    Prepares and Submits HR Monthly Report.
