  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Received and forwarding of in-coming calls and documents.

    • Transmittal and sending of documents.

    • Logging of Deliveries in the Logbook and Safekeeping of documents.

    • Monitors the stock quantity and usage of office supplies and janitor cleaning supplies.

    • Prepares the schedule of the assigned group for company activity.

    • Assist in welcoming guest and other needs.

    • Assist Admin Officer in other company activities events and other Admin needs of employees.

    • Performs other task as may assigned by the Superior from time to time.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
