  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    > Prepares billings to affiliates.
    > Prepares check vouchers.
    > Prepares weekly schedule of payment.
    > Prepares reportorial requirement to BIR (except ITR).
    > File check vouchers.
    > Prepares inter-company reconciliation
    > Printing of Annual company's Book of Accountants.
    > Accrual of representation.

    Qualifications:
    > Must be B.S. ACCOUNTANCY graduate
    > With at least 6 months to 1 year Accounting Assistant experience is required, but fresh graduates are welcome and encourage to apply.
    > Must be keen to details, organized, efficient, flexible and fast learner
    > Computer Literate.
    > Can start immediately.
    > Willing to work in Makati.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
