  • Job Description:

    In charge of Support for sales staff

    Creating a quotation

    Enter data on purchase order in system.

    Preparation of necessary documents for importation

    Creating and sending invoices and delivery notes.

    Management and follow-up to progress until delivery to customer

    Inventory management and updating data base

    Qualifications:

    Must have relevant Sales Support experience of at least 1 year

    With knowledge in Purchasing, Invoicing, Delivery and Inventory Management

    Preferably from a Japanese Manufacturing company

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
