    - To make sure that all cash flow movements from one’s cashier are properly accounted for.

    - To produce accurate end of day reports that tally with physical count of cash.

    - Counts and verifies beginning cash balance of money in the drawer vs. Cash Position Report

    - Monitors the inflows and outflows of cash from his/her cash box

    - Supplies precise change

    - Maintains and ensures there is always sufficient amounts of change in cash drawer

    - Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.

    - Properly turns over cash and issued receipts to next shift cashier with cash breakdown and mid-day Cashier’s Report.

    - Prepares end-of-day Cashier’s Daily Cash Position Report and submit to Management.

    - To be the main reliever on all 6 branches that needs additional manpower.


    - No discrepancy between values reported in Daily Cash Position Report vs. physical cash at the end of the day.

    - Accurate computation based on the customer’s chosen type of transaction.

    - No repetitive audit findings in Daily Cash Position Report, issued Pawn tickets and provisionary receipts.

    - Supplies correct change at all times.

    - Balanced figures reported in Daily CPR vs. Daily Excel Management Reports.
